Title: Assistant Store Officer Lahore
Qualification: B.Com
Position: 01
Experience: 3 - 5 Years Minimum
Location: Lahore
Job Description:
1. To ensure receiving/handling/stacking of goods i.e new stock &
return to warehouse
2. Reconciliation of Packing List and Actual received specially new &
imported items
3. To ensure identification & tractability of stock in warehouse
4. To ensure the record update of stock
5. To received the demand on daily basis from shops and warehouses
time and again
6. To ensure the timely distribution of stock against demands and
plans to shops and warehouses
7. To arrange for the speedy and secure mode of transportation for
the shipments to be sent outstation
8. To ensure the secure stacking of stock especially small, costly &
perishables
9. To collect the acknowledgement of shipments sent, provide feedback
to accounts in case of any shortage recorded
10. To ensure payment of bills from goods forwarders
11. To assign the responsibilities to the staff

Experience: 1 - 3 Years Minimum

Job Description:
1. To ensure the time and again physical inventory of the main
WareHouse
2. To rovide the inventory update to all concerns
3. To ensure timely and accurate data feeding and record keeping of
the stock
4. To coordinate with MIS department to eliminate the existing
problem in database & system
5. To coordinate with MIS department to develop the new formats for
inventory control to be implemented
6. To conduct the internal inventory audit after a specific period of
time
7. To prepare the WareHouse for external audit
