Job Title : Java Technical Lead (2 Positions)
Qualification : MS/ BS in computer science or information systems.
Experience : 5+ years

Job Description:
Our client is looking for Java Technical Leads for its regional Offices. Candidate should have:

1. Strong development background with a proven track record in designing and delivering complex enterprise-scale J2EE/J2SE solutions.

2. First class design skills including the ability to draw up extremely accurate specifications that could be effectively utilized by development teams offshore as well as onshore (including experience with techniques/tools such as UML, Enterprise Architect, Rational XDE and WBI Modeler)

3. Excellent hands-on development skills in Java/J2EE and related technologies (JSP, Servlets, JDBC, EJB, JMS, AJAX and Struts), strong experience of Application Servers (BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, JBoss and Oracle Application Server), Relational Databases (IBM DB2 and Oracle) and multiple platforms (Windows, AIX, Linux and Solaris)

4. Involvement across the full project lifecycle to successful deployment and strong understanding of latest industry trends (Design Patterns, Enterprise Application Integration, Web Services, Service Oriented Architecture, Distributed Transaction Processing, Security, Clustering and Grid computing).

5. Required to play a key role on a range of high profile integration projects working on client sites as an inspirational leader of a multi-skilled team mentoring and monitoring the work of core developers to ensure project deadlines are met.

6. Be willing to travel overseas for medium term assignments extensively

7. Be go getters with a never say die attitude

8. Excellent communication skills.
