1. Sr. Software Recruiter (HR)
Must have 2+yrs of exp. in recruitment.
* Candidate must have excellent Communication skills (Verbal and Written).
* Must have sound knowledge of all technology (i.e. .Net, Java, SEO, Opensource etc.) and various job portals.

2. Deputy Manager – HR
Responsibilities:
*Should have at least 5yrs of experience in HR – Generic Role; Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
*Preparing dashboard for all the departments/projects
*Streamlining Performance Appraisal Policy
*Employee welfare program
*Employee Interaction/Engagement – Plan various HR activity
*Conduct TNA – (Training Need Analysis) and Plan Training & Development Programme
*Building and strengthening organization culture
*Developing retention strategies
*HR Budgeting
*Create Growth plan, Career Road Maps for employees.
*Streamline the exit policy; Conducting Exit interviews
3. Technical Writer
1. At least 3- 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
2. Have strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and client facing skills.
3. Experience of SRS and Business Proposals is a must.
4. experience in analysis designing .Net based web applications and design patterns
5. Strong ..Net (ASP .Net, VB.Net) and C#.
6.Experience in Java Scripting and AJAX.
7. Exposure to Framework 2.0
8. Knowledge in building reusable components and controls.
9. Knowledge in eCommerce (B2B and B2C) portals.
10.Strong MS SQL Server 2005 and Reporting Services Development Experience.

Development of the team members. Profit and loss accountability of the projects. Resource Planning/ Recruitment. R&D (Alternative Ideas/Approaches and Ability to explore the solution)
Eligibility Criteria:
* A BE/B.Tech/MCA Degree from a reputed institute;
*5+ years of experience in software industry;
*Strong verbal, written communication skills;
*Self driven and good leadership skills;
*Should have pleasant attitude and good aptitude;
*In depth experience in a variety of technologies including web based technologies like PHP & Perl. PHP My Sql, Apache Linux (LAMP)
