Project Manager(s)

<LI class=EC_MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">BS/BE/BBA from a reputable institute
<LI class=EC_MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Minimum of 3 to 5 years of project management experience, preferably a PMP certified with solid track record
<LI class=EC_MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Experience of handling at least 2 sizable projects as project manager, preferably for BI applications and/or data warehousing projects.
<LI class=EC_MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Experience of working as Technical Solution Lead in such projects as mentioned above will be a plus provided he has good project management skills
<LI class=EC_MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Solid knowledge of project/portfolio management techniques and Microsoft Project
<LI class=EC_MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Communicate with the Client and Tech Lead to identify the scope of project or iteration
<LI class=EC_MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Visio

Technical Solution Lead(s)

<LI class=EC_MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">BS/BE/BBA from a reputable institute
<LI class=EC_MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Technical Solution Lead experience
<LI class=EC_MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Experience in SAS technologies (DI/BI) will be a plus or at least experience in other BI tools such as BO, MSTR or Cognos
<LI class=EC_MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Experience of handling at least 2 sizable projects as technical solution lead, preferably for BI applications and/or data warehousing projects
<LI class=EC_MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Good level of technical knowledge in (ETL) as project involve SAS integration with Teradata (this is a most critical requirement)
<LI class=EC_MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Good level of technical knowledge in Java and/or other web based applications at server tier, mid tier and web tier
<LI class=EC_MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Good level of business domain understanding for different industries
<LI class=EC_MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Visio
<LI class=EC_MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment

Technical Consultant(s)

<LI class=EC_MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Preferably with 1 to 3 years of experience in BI and Data Warehousing related projects
<LI class=EC_MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Sound technical skills required in SAS (and/or other BI applications), Teradata, and other BI/DI tools and technologies
<LI class=EC_MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Good level of technical knowledge in (ETL) as project involve SAS integration with Teradata (this is a most critical requirement)

<LI class=EC_MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Understanding of Basel 2 frame work and related solutions
<LI class=EC_MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Communicate with the client and project manager to get requirements identified, analyzed and prioritized
