Our client is one of the well-known IT solution provider company (Software House) working from last decade. They are leading IT solution provider group in Pakistan. Their Services offered in various sectors like Automobile, Textile, Oil and Gas, Educational, Media, Telecommunication, Financial and Government. We have following job opening in their Karachi office.



Job Summary:

The position exists for the purpose of managing the human capital development and management function at company including recruitment, ensuring proper productivity and motivation of employees, promoting cordial employee-management relationship, developing skills, maintaining and updating employee records and planning to increase returns from human capital.



Job Description

  • Carryout activities related to Organization Development and HR Policies & Procedure
  • Ensure timely induction of staff & Initiate & supervise Performance Appraisal
  • Arrange trainings, workshops, seminars and workshops for skill up-gradation of employees.
  • Ensure compliance with prescribed HR and Administration policies and procedures.
  • Issue administrative orders pertaining to administrative control.
  • Supervise upkeep, cleaning of office premises and arrangements for provision of office aids.
  • Ensure round the clock (24X7) availability of MIS System to the Company.
  • Ensure timely backup of data, its efficient recovery and minimum system downtime.
  • Ensure consistency and stability in the performance of MIS applications.




Required Skills / Experience:

  • 6 - 8 years of total experience and at least 2-4 years experience of managing full fledge departments in a reputed organisation.
  • Experience of having worked for a Software / IT firm would be a major plus
  • Strong know-how of various HR tools and familiar use of MIS Systems.
  • Portfolio resource management experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills and relationship building




Academic / Educational Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in HRM / MIS along with certification from professional HR body would be an added advantage.
